Okay,I'm now going to start. Its the 25th April 2004. I have been really good the past few days, lots of fresh fruit and veg. I'm avoiding bread,cakes and biscuits at the moment! All the good things that I like to eat. Along with sweets and chocolates.. ( I am not a fan or crisps) I have explored lots of different diets. The Atkins,The Hays,The Cabbage Diet,The Grapefruit Diet ,weightwatchers,Slimmers World and the new out at present Lighter Life. My one conclusion is taht the majority of these cost you a hell of a lot of money, there is no guarantee that you will lose the weight. After all you don't get any of the major players saying to you.. "Hey, lose weight with our diet, if you fail we will give you back all the money that you paid to us!!"I don't think so.... I would be straight up for it if that was the case!! Wouldn't you ??
