Hi, this is me!
I am 33 years old, married with 2 children and am classed as morbidly obese... what a laugh. Okay you might now think how can she laugh at this? The answer is if you looked at me you would not think that I was morbidly obese. I carry my weight well. My doctor was suprised when I walked on to those scales and the needle pushed its way to 14 stone. I have put on weight on a regular basis since I started my job in a call centre, partly due to the horrendous hours I have to work, also the fact that the break times vary so much and if you work evenings in a call centre the so called catering facilities DO NOT cater for you. therefore the choice of food you have is 1) Bring something from home which will sweat in your bag. 2) Buy something from a machine, on offer is chocolate,chocolate even more chocolate or CRISPS. dieters heaven eh?!
3) Starve till you get home when undoubtedly you will end up eating any crap that is available to stuff into your mouth there and then. Where as before I started my job in the call centre I was a lot slimmer, I wore size 10 or 12 jeans.NOW I am a fatty. This is all about to change.
I have resigned myself to losing weight.
I want to quit my job and start a business for myself.
I want to have a life where I am content in what I look like and finally feel fulfilled.
